Cancellation Policy
- Project cancellations must be requested in writing.
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed.
- Advance payments are non-refundableafter work has started.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Services already delivered
- Digital products downloaded or accessed
- Delays caused by client-side feedback or approvals
- Change of mind after project commencement
Refunds may be issued only if:
- No work has been started
- Payment was made by mistake
- Duplicate payments occurred
